For over three decades, Xpress Computers has maintained the PCs, notebooks, servers, networks and entire IT infrastructure of businesses across India. Xpress ASSIST is everything we have learnt in those years, built into one service.

Our story

35+ years of trust, built one relationship at a time

Xpress began in Mumbai in 1988, setting up and maintaining computers and networks for businesses when most offices were buying their very first PC. Since then we have kept our customers' systems running: desktops and notebooks, file and application servers, storage, networks, Wi-Fi and security.

Over those years we ran AMCs the traditional way, and saw what the waiting cost our customers. Large companies around the world don't work that way. They monitor every system around the clock, fix problems remotely before users notice, and see their whole IT estate on one screen. We built Xpress ASSIST to bring that same global-standard support to every business we serve.

Our approach hasn't changed since day one: understand the business first, then recommend the right technology, not the most expensive one.

Meet our founder

Chetan Shah

Chetan founded Xpress in 1988 and has led it ever since. He still builds: in 2026 he designed and built Xpress Manage365 largely himself, putting in more than 1,000 hours over four months, and he shaped Xpress ASSIST around what customers told him they needed.

He is active in IAMCP and ASIRT, gave the keynote at ASIRT's annual conference and spoke at TEDx in 2022. Outside work he is an endurance cyclist who rides three hours a day, six days a week, and has come back from a brain tumour operation, a knee replacement and heart bypass surgery to keep riding.
